INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation is one of Oklahoma’s largest, most comprehensive and respected rehabilitation facilities. Our inpatient rehabilitation team includes five Physicians, two PA’s, nurses, LPC’s, therapists, dietitians, rec therapy, social workers and case managers.

We offer state of the art clinical inpatient and outpatient programs and specialized services including limb loss, brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, burn, orthopedics, neuro, and transplant/LVAD.

INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation is accredited by the Joint Commission and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). Organizations that are CARF-accredited have undergone a rigorous review process. This process helps to ensure INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe is providing high-quality, patient-centered services that are responsive to the needs of the individuals we serve.

Our combined 75 bed inpatient rehabilitation services are located in Oklahoma City and Edmond, Oklahoma, at INTEGRIS Health Southwest and Baptist Medical Centers and INTEGRIS Health Edmond.

Located in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center has been a vital and growing part of the Oklahoma City community since its beginning in 1965. Formerly known as South Community Hospital, the facility has grown from a 73-bed community hospital to a comprehensive medical center offering a full range of medical, support and rehabilitation services with 369 beds.

The Central Oklahoma Cancer Center, The Stroke Center of Oklahoma, The MDA/ALS Neuromuscular Center, INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hospital and the Sleep Disorders Center of Oklahoma are INTEGRIS Health Centers of Excellence on the INTEGRIS Southwest campus.
