The Department of Solid Tumor and Investigational Therapeutics at Levine Cancer Institute is recruiting a board-certified hematologist/oncologist with at least 5 years of experience, and clinical expertise in breast cancer to join its Section of Breast Medical Oncology. This candidate will have an outpatient practice in south Charlotte with a focus on breast cancer. There are many opportunities to work with multidisciplinary teams, including a dedicated breast pathologist, breast imagers, breast surgeons, and radiation oncologists.  Other services of the program include genetic counseling, nurse navigation, and integrative oncology. As part of this section, the candidate will be able to participate in a broad portfolio of clinical trials and other scholarly activities. Inpatient general hematology/oncology call is required. A major criterion include: a team player interested in working in a collegial environment providing high-quality clinical care.
