On-Site Support

  • Pharmacy on site (opening in June 2025)
  • Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes
  • Teen Health Clinic
  • Clinical Support: 1-1.5:1 MAs, Pediatric RNs, after-hours nurse triage, and case managers
  • Providers: Great blend of new grads, tenured pediatricians, and pediatric nurse practitioners

Compensation & Perks

  • $207,500-$249,900 based on a quality incentive, number of encounters per day (18-26), and experience

 Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited US Pediatric Residency
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
  • DEA certificate, current BLS certificate
  • BE/BC required
  • Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans
