Practice Highlights at Community Health of Central WA-Ellensburg

• FM or FM/OB to work with an interdisciplinary team of residents, APPs, BHCs, pharmacist, and support staff to provide primary health care and selective medical services/procedures to a diverse patient panel in a rural University town located about 90 min from Seattle.
• Opportunity for precepting and participating in didactics for our residents. (clinical faculty optional)
• Flexible scheduling: 32 hours of patient facing time with 8 hours of dedicated admin time. Typical schedule 4/10s. 
• Expected encounters of 17-19+ pts per day to meet community need. 
• Opportunity for those who have a desire to include OB services with or without deliveries.
• Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
• EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

• Base Salary: $196k-$206k DOE includes clinic and precepting (optional), $6k differential (for Ellensburg only), and experience.  Additional incentives for OB fellowship (if applicable), call and deliveries (optional), and encounter incentives with potential bonuses >$20k p/y based on 19 visits per day. Increased bonus with increase of visits. 

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine US Residency.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate.
• BE/BC required.
• Great peer references and in good standing.
• Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans. 

• Central WA location has over 300 days of sunshine with 4 mild yet distinctive seasons.
