RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Full-Time Transplant Urologist for Employment in Livingston, NJ

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ are seeking a BC/BE full-time Transplant Urologist. This opportunity is a chance to join a busy, well-established practice and work with a team of experienced urologists. The ideal candidate will provide surgical support for the transplant program through daily clinical practice, team engagement, communication, scholarly endeavors, and regular outreach. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious physician to join a high-volume practice and receive experience and guidance not available elsewhere and help grow our rapidly expanding services in northern New Jersey.

Successful candidates will be:

• BC/BE in Urology
• Fellowship training in kidney transplantation is preferred
• Experience and interest in Kidney Transplantation & General Urology
• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ

range of cancers and disease sites. For those with disorders of the chest, our thoracic surgery team provides the most appropriate minimally invasive surgical techniques. The majority of patients have video-assisted thoracoscopic, laparoscopic or robotic surgeries to minimize blood loss and reduce postoperative pain, resulting in shorter hospital stays and a faster recovery to daily activities. The Breast Center at the Ambulatory Care Center — one of the nation’s largest and most comprehensive breast diagnostic centers — performs close to 50,000 procedures annually with coordinated care and patient navigation to the medical and surgical expertise and services available through CBMC. The Breast Center now has a dedicated MRI enhancing the continuum of care for patients.

CBMC is accredited by The Joint Commission and the American Medical Association Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. The medical center is a major teaching affiliate of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. The medical staff representing 100 medical and surgical specialty and subspecialty services, shares medical expertise with medical students, residents and fellows.
