As a Physician, you could be eligible for productivity upside earning potential and may be eligible for quality incentives based on your region and specialty. We also offer additional benefits including two times salary basic life insurance, approved time off, CME benefits, malpractice insurance coverage, and license reimbursement.

To show our commitment to you and to assist with your transition into our organization, we will also offer a $25,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment when applicable. (The amount above is based off of a full-time status. Amounts will be readjusted based off of FTE.)

Compensation: our compensation is standard across specialties in the Billings area. Our generous base salary is $265,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.. Additionally, we are offering the following bonuses.

• Signing Bonus of $25,000

• Relocation Bonus of $15,000 (if applicable)

• Student Loan repayment bonus up to $100k (if applicable)

Your day.

As a Internal Medicine - Geriatric Specialist in our Long Term Care / Transitional Care practice, you’ll work collaboratively with 7 additional providers, to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with 6 APPs, 1 collaborative physician, and numerous skilled and nursing home facilities within the community.

• You would practice at our Long Term Care / Transitional Care clinic in Billings, MT. 

• Your clinic hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm (this is flexible).

• Your call schedule is 1:4, with all calls being taken from home. The Hospitalist department takes call and admits patients over the weekend and during the evenings on weekdays. 

• You will work in a busy practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting providers, and nursing staff.

• You'll have the opportunity to develop and build upon an existing program. No shortage of patients.

• New Grads are welcomed, you'll have an excellent mentor.       

Your experience.

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• American board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Completed or in the process of completing a Geriatrics Fellowship optional.

• Montana medical license.  

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

It’s also a big plus if you have:

• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.

• Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
