Traditional Family Medicine Opportunity

Sanford Health is  seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician  to join our staff at the Sanford Clinic located in Bagley, Minnesota.

• Join a team of two physicians and three APPs
• Traditional practice (outpatient and inpatient)
• Call is 1:3  - hospital inpatients 
• Clinic is nearby to Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital
• Average hospital inpatient census is 3-4
• Annual ER volume is 3,300
• On-site services include:
•     -EKG, X-ray, CT, mammography, ultrasound, PT/OT, RT, cardiac rehab, laboratory, nuclear medicine, stress tests,  sleep studies and eye service

Sanford Clinic Bagley, located in Bagley, Minnesota is located just 1 mile from the Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25-bed critical access hospital. Clinic staff includes two full-time physicians, one full-time advanced practice providers and other experienced professional and support staff. On-site services include: EKG, X-ray, CT, mammography, ultrasound, PT/OT, RT, cardiac rehab, laboratory, nuclear medicine, stress tests and sleep studies.

The clinic averages 50-75 patients per day and accepts patients with complaints of varying complexity. Office hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday and Friday, and 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Call and evening clinic responsibilities are shared between the physicians.
