RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for full-time employment at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (NBIMC) in Newark, New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for an eager physician to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary team alongside a strong support staff including advanced practice providers with the goal of providing high-level care.

NBIMC is a major teaching facility, and an affiliate of Rutgers University. The Newark Beth Israel Department of Emergency Medicine is home to an ACGME accredited 3-year Emergency Medicine Residency Program with 24 residents, and also offers a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship, EMS/Disaster Medicine Fellowship and an Ultrasound Fellowship.

There is a separate Pediatric ED, and a separate Fast Track/Intake area for lower acuity patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of New Jersey
