Nc Radiology Needs Near Pinehurst Golf Resort, Sc/Nc Metros, And Coast! Full Time Or Part Time

NC RADIOLOGY POSITIONS – NEAR PINEHURST GOLF RESORT, COAST, METRO AREAS

Charlotte Radiology is seeking radiologists to join our practice in a NC community hospital located on the SC line close to Pinehurst, the coast, and metropolitan areas in the Carolinas.  The ideal candidate would have an interest in general body, emergency/urgent care and advanced thoracic and abdominopelvic imaging. In addition, basic procedural skills such as CT and US-guided percutaneous interventions is preferred, but not absolutely required. The position would best fit a self-motivated individual who is looking to build his or her local practice while enjoying the suburban and rural beauty of the Carolinas. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Diagnostic imaging of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis 

• Applicants must have American Board of Radiology certification (or be board eligible and actively pursuing certification). Subspecialty training in body imaging or cardiothoracic imagingis a plus for one position, and non-vascular interventional capabilities are desired for the second position.

In addition to offering 24/7 coverage for 19 hospitals, we also own and operate 17 breast centers, a mobile mammography program,2 vein centers, several vascular and interventional clinics, and jointly own and operate 6 free-standing imaging centers. Our physician team is active in research and clinical trials and has authored many scientific papers and presentations in multiple sub-specialties of radiology. The practice is located at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC and currently has 3 radiologists. SMH is a financially strong, progressive 104 bed hospital with close to 90 physicians.
