Explore a thrilling opportunity with our newest venture, Wake Forest Health Network – Primary Care Sports Medicine Friendly Center! We are actively seeking talented Primary Care Sports Medicine Physicians to join our dynamic team in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This is a unique chance to lead a new clinic and provide outstanding care to the Greensboro community. Ideal for Family Medicine physicians looking for a 50/50 mix of primary care and sports medicine, this role offers a balanced and rewarding practice.

- Located in the heart of Greensboro, NC
- Minimum one year of experience in a primary care setting required
Schedule:
- 100% Outpatient only.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am-12:00pm.
- Full-time providers work 36 patient-facing hours, 4 administrative hours.
- Telephone only call rotating between providers.
Education, Experience, and Certification Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Added Certification in Sports Medicine (CAQ in Sports Medicine required)
- Successful record of clinical and service excellence
- North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Licensure, Certification, and Registration:
- Current M.D. or D.O. license in the State of North Carolina
- Board certification in primary care or related field from an accredited residency program
- Certification in BCLS and ACLS (required if stress tests are performed or as required by specialty)
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
- Department of Drug Control (if applicable)
