Pediatrician Opportunity with Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a Pediatrician to join our provider team!

PMS providers deliver exceptional care to our rural community patients on a daily basis. It is PMS' priority to take care of you:

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish speaking preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• DEA license
• New Mexico Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• Medicare PIN and UPIN numbers
• Medicaid Number
• Have or be able to obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire 

Screening Requirements:  

• Testing and immunizations including TB, Hepatitis B (consent or waiver), Tdap, MMR, and Varicella, will be available at the employee’s PMS health center. Influenza vaccines will be required according to dates set by the CDC and NMDOH 
• Criminal Records Check

PMS' Farmington Community Health Center (FCHC) is our flagship and largest health center within the company.  We have a strong integrated model of care at this facility - delivering Behavioral Health, Dental, Primary Care (including Pediatrics), Sobering Center,  Social Services, Early Childhood development services, and more.

Our clinic boasts 31 robust exam rooms, a procedure room, 8 dental bays, an onsite Pharmacy, lab services, and Totah. In direct response to our community's needs, the FCHC created a substance abuse clinic and Totah, where we provide healthcare blended with traditional Native American (primarily Navajo) healing practices. 

You'll receive direct support from Executive Leadership as our VP of Clinical Affairs, Andres Gensini, MD practices at this health center. You can also look forward to support from the teams Medical Director, Anariza Grush, FNP,  Region Director, Jyl Adair, and Site Administrator, Jerry Ryerse.

Minimal call: Once every 6-8 weeks in Farmington.

We are a National Health Services Corps eligible site with a corporate-wide HPSA Score of 25 for Dental, 21 for Primary Care, and 21 for Behavioral Health. 

As the commercial center of the Four Corners and just 45 minutes away from Colorado’s finest skiing resorts (Purgatory Ski Resort), Farmington offers plenty of area hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, fishing, camping, ATV enjoyment, and more.  It really encapsulates the American Frontier experience and is nestled between the San Juan, Animas and La Plata rivers and surrounded by MAGNIFICENT landscapes.
