Position Details:

• This program will offer convenient access to primary care,
• No Workers Comp
• Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm.
• Provide preventative and routine care as well as management of chronic conditions.
• EPIC EMR

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of MD/DO.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
