Endocrinology Physician

Catholic Medical Center, a 330 bed hospital located in beautiful, tax-free, southern New Hampshire, is expanding our inpatient services to provide top-notch quality care for our patients throughout Southern New Hampshire. We are seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist interested in a cooperative partnership with an APRN (?), existing service lines, supportive Administration Dyad, and Diabetes Resource Team, to cultivate and grow this critical service line. Future plans include establishing an outpatient Endocrinology practice.

Ideal candidates will:

• Provide inpatient consultations Monday through Friday
• Attend to emergent calls via phone; weekends only
• Be proficient managing insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring, and diabetes management
• Be comfortable caring for post-surgical cardiac and bariatric patients as well as help manage ob-gyn endocrine needs
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build our inpatient service line with future plans to grow the outpatient setting as well.

Qualifications:

• BC/BE MD or DO with NH license
• 1-2 years of previous hospital or clinic Endocrinology experience a plus

We offer highly competitive compensation including sign on bonus, retention bonus, relocation allowance, 403b, and CME allowance and time.
