Family Medicine - Sanford Health - Brookings, SD

Sanford Clinic Brookings is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their group of 3 Family Medicine physicians and APPs.

• Outpatient only practice - telephone call only.
• Extensive referral opportunities to 70+ pediatric subspecialists at Sanford Children’s Castle of Care in Sioux Falls, SD.
• Full-Service Lab, Digital Radiology, Ultrasound, Mammogram, MRI, Lactation Services, Social Worker with an Integrative Health Therapist onsite.
• Hospital: Brookings Hospital is a 61-bed hospital with an attached 79 bed nursing home which is a non-profit, city-owned facility.

Sanford Clinic Brookings located in the University Mall. Home Medical Equipment and Lewis Drug Pharmacy are attached to the clinic for patient convenience.

Brookings is located off Interstate 29 approximately 55 miles north of Sioux Falls. With a population of just over 22,000, Brookings is the fourth largest city in South Dakota. It is home to several large companies including Daktronics, Bel Brands and 3M. The community offers a variety of attractions and entertainment and has one of the nation’s lowest crime rates.  It is also home to Division I South Dakota State University, whose athletic and arts programs are highly supported by the community.
