WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist physician to make a difference in our patients lives. The candidate will carry on the legacy of the practice located in Michigan City, Indiana. The busy, established practice is located on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, 60 miles southeast of Chicago.
WHAT WE NEED:
The physician will work collaboratively with our current team of one endocrinologist, an endocrinology nurse practitioner, RN-CDE, RD and 5 support staff to deliver the highest quality patient care. We have an active program utilizing the latest technologies for treating type 1 diabetes and draw patients from all Northern Indiana and South West Michigan.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Flexible Outpatient Schedule: Monday-Friday
Option to work up-to 50% remote
Average outpatient volume: 15-20 per day
Fully clinic based practice or option for inpatient consultations 1 – 2 times per week at our brand new Franciscan Health Michigan City hospital
Certified Diabetes Educator onsite
Registered Dietician onsite
EPIC electronic medical record
