The Geriatric Medicine Program at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a board certified/eligible Geriatrician

Clinical opportunities exist in a wide range of services including outpatient Geriatrics Assessment Clinic, Inpatient ACE (Acute Care for Elders) Service, House Calls program, Inpatient Geriatrics Consult and Co-Management Service, long term care, skilled nursing facility, and PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). An interest in teaching is preferred as the Geriatrics Division is very active in educational endeavors involving inter-professional trainees: geriatrics fellows, residents, medical students, pharmacy students, PA students, and NP students.

Qualifications:

  • Board certified or board eligible Geriatric Physician
  • Active Ohio Medical License in good standing upon effective date of employment
  • Excellent clinical and teaching skills
  • Must be able to enrich the inter-collaborative culture of the Division
  • New and experienced geriatric trained physicians are welcome to apply

Academic appointment, rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and primary board certification. Compensation is highly competitive.
