We have opportunities for full-time and part-time (30hrs/week) Gastroenterologists at the Redding VA Outpatient Clinic. Incumbents will perform outpatient GI consultations, diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy and upper endoscopy procedures.
This brand-new facility accommodates growth in primary care, mental health and existing specialty services such as gastroenterology and more telemedicine rooms for new specialty services including allergy and immunology, nephrology and rheumatology. Candidates must: 1) be a US citizen or PRA (Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with [38 U.S.C. § 7407(a)]; 2) possess a current, full, unrestricted medical license in any state, and 3) board prepared/certified in Internal or Family Medicine, and board prepared/certified in Gastroenterology 4) and confirm vaccination for seasonal influenza and Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), which are both requirements for all Health Care Personnel (HCP) employed by Department of Veterans Affairs. Preferred experience: board certified in Gastroenterology
