• 29 bed general adult IRF
• Provider team: 2 Physiatrists and 7 day a week APP support
• 5:1 nurse ratio
• Admission liaisons
• Hospitalist co-management for complex medical patients
• Pharmacist unit coverage
• Wound care nurse
• Telemetry in the unit
• Telemedicine capabilities
• Administrative Director to partner and support Medical Director

Requirements:

-Completion of ACGME or AOA residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

-BC/BE by ABPMR or AOBPMR

-AHA ACLS certification

-IL active license, IL controlled license, and IL DEA, prior to employment
