Opportunity Details

• Full Time – 1.0 FTE
• Schedule: Traditional work week, Monday – Friday, and may include early morning, late evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access.
• Location: Livonia, MI

Requirements

• While fellowship-trained geriatricians are preferred, internal medicine physicians with demonstrable interest and experience in geriatrics are also welcome to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• This practice is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), where patients and their families (when appropriate) partner with their care team to actively participate in their healthcare decisions and receive comprehensive support.
