We’re seeking a dynamic Emergency Medicine Medical Director to lead our team at Advocate Medical Center in Marinette, WI. As a Medical Director, you’ll join our Emergency Medicine Leadership Council, supported by robust system resources to help you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership team to align department operations with system goals, culture, and values.

- A collaborative approach with primary care and other specialties.
- Proven ability to drive quality, enhance patient experience, and manage complexity effectively.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in emergency medicine leadership.
Position Highlights:
- Emergency Department: 19 beds, 22,000 annual visits.
- Join a skilled team of 8 Emergency Medicine Physicians, supported by APPs and RNs.
- Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts (10–11 shifts/month).
- EMS housed within the department and access to specialists across all areas.
- Level 3 trauma designation with a diverse patient population and wide variety of cases.
- Comprehensive Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary- Hourly Rate: $270.72

- 401(k) with up to a 3% employer match, plus a 3% company contribution for a total up to 6%.
