The Wake Forest Health Network Neurology-Westchester is expanding and seeking two dedicated neurologists to join our growing team of four specialists in High Point, NC. Neurologist Responsibilities:
- Provide general and subspecialty neurology care in an outpatient setting.
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders, including MS, epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular diseases, and more.
- Perform neurological evaluations, EMG/NCS, EEG interpretations, and Botox injections (as applicable).
- Collaborate with fellow specialists, APPs, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to teaching opportunities (if desired), including mentoring medical students and residents.
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge treatments and advancements in neurology.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neurology.
- Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience or interest in subspecialties such as MS, movement disorders, migraines, or memory disorders preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and procedural skills, including experience with Botox treatments (preferred but not required).
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
