Glaucoma Specialist in Coastal South Florida! Top Pay!

Florida Vision Institute has an exceptional opportunity for a Glaucoma Specialist (ophthalmologist) in beautiful southeast coastal Florida. A patient mix of Glaucoma and ASEG cases if desired. Florida Vision Institute (FVI) has an exemplary clinical and surgical reputation in the area with a large referral network. This is an integrated ophthalmology and optometry practice with 12 doctors (both MD and OD) at FVI and at Katzen Eye and Laser Center as well and has multiple offices and state of the art equipment.

This position will be a full time, employed, clinical and surgical ophthalmology position with health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation, etc. You’ll receive a very attractive base income and top-tier upside financial potential proven to be in the 90th percentile of ophthalmologists nationwide via quarterly collections-based productivity bonuses. 

$500,000+ Guaranteed Salary plus a lucrative production bonus easily putting income in the top 90th percentile in the US. $50,000 Sign on bonus and paid relocation. In addition to excellent benefits and PTO, this also includes a Provider Incentive Program allowing physicians to share in the future success of the business. No "buy in" required and the amount payable is based on proceeds in connection with a future sale of the company and the eligible participants personally performed services.
