TeleMed2U is seeking a talented and compassionate CA licensed Infectious Disease provider to provide virtual opt-patient and in-patient services.  TeleMed2U’s team of Infectious Disease providers are experts in the field, with proven experience in the treatment of infectious diseases.

Essential Duties:

• Formulate a diagnosis, develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and maintain required client-related records, including client diagnostic records, and progress notes within the assigned timeframes..

Requirements:

• Active state license in CA
• MD/DO degree from accredited institution
• Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Disease
