General Surgery Opportunity - Student loan repayment assistance

Baptist Health is seeking to recruit one full time General Surgeon to join Montgomery Surgical and Trauma Associates, an experienced five surgeon group.

Overview

• This is a hospital employed position that will be primarily based at Prattville Baptist Hospital, a 107 bed acute care hospital located in Prattville, Alabama.
• MSTA surgeons use the latest techniques and technology, including minimally invasive surgical options and practice a full spectrum of general surgery cases.
• Institutional support includes a full team of nurse practitioners and clinical staff.
• The MSTA group covers general and trauma call coverage for two hospitals.
• Call requirements vary based on hospital need.
• Prattville Baptist Hospital was recently honored as a 2022 Women’s Choice Award recipient for Minimally Invasive Surgery and Patient Safety.

The successful candidate must have a MD or DO degree, be board eligible or board certified in general surgery and able
to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical and DEA license in the state of Alabama.
