About Laurel Ridge Treatment Center

In 1987, Laurel Ridge Treatment Center opened its doors to provide specialized behavioral health care and addiction treatment on a therapeutic 29-acre campus, located in North Central San Antonio, Texas.

Our 330-bed facility was designed with one mission in mind: Saving Lives, Healing Families, and Creating Hope. The facility includes a charter school, gymnasium, recreational facility, playgrounds, swimming pool, ROPES (Reality-Oriented Physical Experiential Situation Course), library and dining room.

Position: Inpatient Adult / General Psychiatrist

Details

• Full time position, 40 hours per week.
• Employed W-2 or 1099 contractor options available.
• Monday-Friday, days only.
• Occasional weekend coverage every 4th week.
• Call coverage one evening per week, from 8p-6a, by phone only.

Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications

• Board-certified General Psychiatry (required).
• Licensed to practice (license in good standing) in Texas required at time of hire.
• Ability to integrate well with a multidisciplinary team.
