Summary
Join a high-volume neurosurgical program serving a regional population of nearly one million people. This established team includes five neurosurgeons and six advanced practice providers and operates within a Level II Trauma Center featuring a dedicated Neurosciences Unit. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology and advanced surgical approaches and is the only neurosurgical group serving Central Minnesota, offering a robust and diverse case mix with significant regional impact.

Schedule

  • Mix of clinic and OR
  • Clinic hours 8am-5pm
  • 1:5 Call – Call supported by APPs

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $850,000 - $1,220,000 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
