OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) – a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group – has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a growing group in Nampa, Idaho.

Team: Join 3 physicians and 1 APP

Schedule: 32 patient contact hours per week - 4 day work week or reduced FTE available. Call is 1:4, one week at a time. Reduced FTE available depending on physician preference. 

EMR: EPIC

Excellent support staff: 1:1 MA, Team Nurse, Population Health Support, in-clinic counseling available

Enjoy a full-spectrum, general pediatric practice including wellness and same day sick visits, chronic disease management, school and sports physicals, acute illness & injuries, et al. Inpatient nursery/newborn care is available, if desired.

The qualified candidate will exude passion about health issues and demonstrate evidence of comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Successful completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program
  • Board certified through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics (AOBP), or ability to obtain within 3 years of employment
  • Current, unrestricted medical license in Idaho, or ability to obtain
  • Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho board of Pharmacy & DEA
