Our Obstetrics and Gynecology department is seeking a full-time or part-time Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our team.

Job Description: The OB/GYN Physician will provide primary and specialty medical services to patients of Northwestern Obstetrics and Gynecology, adhering to established standards and practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, an exceptional bedside manner, and a passion for delivering high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases of women, with a focus on reproductive systems and childbirth. The Physician will provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including the Family Birth Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients, including performing deliveries in our hospital.
• Collaborate with experienced Labor and Delivery nurses to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Maintain clinical excellence and uphold patient safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations (1:4) and scheduled clinic sessions (3 days in clinic, 1 day in OR).
• Contribute to prenatal education initiatives and innovative approaches to obstetrical services.

Requirements:

• Valid Vermont medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Board Certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and excellent patient experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
