• Physician shift: 7a-7p with night call 7p-7a
• NPPA shifts: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
• 7 on; 7 off scheduling for full-time
• Meditech EMR

• Collegial relationship with the Hospitalist Program that is also staffed by SCP
