Duke Cancer Network has a Hematologist-Oncologist opportunity seeing patients at community-based cancer treatment centers in Laurinburg and Lumberton, NC. This physician can be based in the Raleigh/Durham area with daily transportation provided to clinics.

Position Highlights:

  • See 12-15 patients a day, 3.5 days in clinic, 1.5 days for academic interests
  • Role primarily a general Hematologist-Oncologist with clinical area of special interest
  • Daily driver provides transportation to and from both cancer treatment centers each week
  • Join Duke colleagues at tumor boards, engage in clinical trials research, and teach Duke Oncology fellows in clinic if interested
  • Call coverage on an as needed basis, as assigned
