We are seeking a full time BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. Physician opportunities are currently available at two health centers located in Crown Point & Westport, New York. Our health centers offer a broad scope of practice, including diagnosis and management of routine health problems, health maintenance and screenings and urgent care for injuries and illnesses. Through our partnership with The University of Vermont Health Network, physicians share knowledge and resources to give patients access to leading-edge technology, advanced treatment options and the highest level of compassionate care. Opportunities are also available to work with medical students and residents.

Position Details:
Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Flexible hours and 4 day work weeks available
Occasional weekend rounding required
Average patients seen: 14-16 PPD
Light call in ER, 1:5 Rotation. Mostly by phone with infrequent situations requiring in-person consultation
