Expanding Oncology Practice

Penn Highlands Healthcare is adding a medical oncologist to our well-established practice at a new practice location. The new practice would share time between Clarion, PA and Punxsutawney, PA

Based out of DuBois, PA, Penn Highlands Healthcare offers innovative hematology and medical oncology care.  Penn Highlands Healthcare is an integrated healthcare system that offers supportive services through a comprehensive breast service line, a new GI lab, interventional radiology, PET/CT, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, and The Lung Center – named a Center of Excellence with the Lung Cancer Alliance and UPMC Center of Excellence of Lung Cancer Screening.

Position Details:

  • Collaborative team that includes 4 hematology-oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers that deliver outstanding, multidisciplinary care to patients
  • Split time between new-site location and Hahne Regional Cancer Center at Penn Highlands DuBois
  • Services include immunotherapy, management of solid tumors, chemotherapy, blood cancers
  • Support staff includes  onsite RN supervisor, oncology certified or eligible RNs
