The Department of Radiology of Wake Forest School of Medicine at Brenner Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time faculty position in the section of Pediatric Radiology.

The Department of Radiology of Wake Forest School of Medicine at Brenner Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time faculty position in the section of Pediatric Radiology. Candidates should be fellowship-trained in pediatric radiology and competent and comfortable in interpreting all pediatric imaging exams (plain film, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI). Cardiac and MSK imaging skills are desirable. Neuro CT and MRI, nuclear medicine, and interventional procedures are not required skills. This position includes teaching residents and fellows, as well as a research component. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.

To be considered qualified for the Pediatric Radiologist position available with the Wake Forest School of Medicine at Brenner Children’s Hospital, a candidate should be fellowship trained in pediatric imaging; currently hold a medical license; have experience in an academic radiologist position; have Board certification by the American Board of Radiology or equivalent; be licensed by or eligible for licensure by the North Carolina Medical Board; be capable of performing teaching and administrative responsibilities; have a strong interest in academic radiology; have a desire to be a part of a collaborative team; be able to take equitable call including nights and weekends; and be able to perform teaching and administrative responsibilities.
