Director, Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician
West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division seeks a Pulmonology/Critical Care Director (ranks available: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Berkeley and Jefferson County, WV
Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of pulmonary/critical care. Director will be responsible for development and management of inpatient critical care program, providing excellent patient care, and also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license and DEA. Successful candidate must have completed internal medicine residency program, as well as pulmonary/critical care fellowship program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in pulmonary/critical care. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
