Internal Medicine - Outpatient Opportunity

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) and the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC) have excellent full-time employment opportunities for Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join a well-established practice located in Boise, Idaho.

SAMG is a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking Internal Medicine physicians. Our group seeks internists who are committed to a multi-disciplinary team-based approach to care and who provide this care in a high quality and compassionate manner healing the body, mind and spirit.

Well-qualified candidates should be passionate and knowledgeable about adult health issues, possess a general internal medicine background and desire to develop outpatient-based practices in support of our growing multi-specialty medical group within a regionally integrated healthcare system. Located next to the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, the Internal Medicine and Geriatrics Clinic provides compassionate care to patients with complex medical conditions. From annual wellness visits to chronic disease management, our team works closely together to provide the highest quality of care for patients, so they can enjoy the highest quality of life.

The schedule for this opportunity is a traditional clinic work week, Monday through Friday, with no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. Call is 1:8, phone only. 

Requirements for this opportunity include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree; successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program; Board Certification (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment); obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
