The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a board-certified/ board-eligible noninvasive cardiologist to join an elite team of academic physicians at the assistant or associate professor rank. The successful candidate will have expertise in the emerging field of cardio-oncology with a focus on understanding the mechanisms underlying cardiovascular toxicity of oncologic treatments, preventative care, and management of cardiovascular complications from therapy. Care would include routine and complex cardiovascular care in inpatient and outpatient consultative and primary services in a world-class facility at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital and James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. The current need for research and clinical faculty to build both clinical and translational programs. Interest or experience in imaging is preferred but not required. The Ohio State University Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is setting new standards for advanced heart and vascular care through our internationally and nationally recognized experts of more than 60 cardiology and vascular medicine specialists. We offer heart and vascular patients some of the most exciting and innovative technologies, treatments, and clinical trials, many of which are only available at Ohio State. The majority of our faculty are principal investigators on a variety of research projects in both the basic, translational, and clinical research settings.

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine
The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine comprised of over 60 cardiologists with focus areas to include: general cardiology, interventional, electrophysiology, adult congenital heart disease, heart failure, heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory assist, pulmonary vascular disease, women’s cardiovascular disease, cardiac MRI/CT, and cardio-oncology. The Division is affiliated with the Ross Heart Hospital which ranked as “Best Hospital” in the top 50 in the nation as reported by US News and World Report. In addition to the 60 cardiologists, there are six fellowship programs: core cardiovascular medicine fellowship, interventional cardiology fellowship, electrophysiology fellowship, heart failure and cardiac transplant fellowship, adult congenital heart disease fellowship, and cardiovascular diagnostic imaging fellowship. The division provides services in over 12 counties in Ohio and Kentucky.
