Renal Associates is a busy private practice nephrology group that has been in existence for over 40 years. This well-established four physician group is seeking to add a fifth physician to its’ location at Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock (BHMC-LR), an 843-bed facility and Arkansas’s largest hospital. BHMC-LR is the flagship hospital of Baptist Health, which is comprised of 11 hospitals and over 100 clinics. BHMC-LR offers all aspects of acute care nephrology including: CRRT; heart transplant; ECMO; and LVAD services.
Renal Associates’ outpatient dialysis facilities are managed by FMC and consist of about 300 hemodialysis patients and over 100 peritoneal dialysis patients. The CKD clinic receives referrals from around the State and offers all aspects of general nephrology including chronic transplant care.
The successful candidate will be offered a 3-year employment agreement by Baptist Health, after which the candidate would have the opportunity to become a full partner with Renal Associates. Partners can expect to generate income well above the national average. This agreement includes a competitive benefits and vacation package. Partnership will include medical directorship benefits.
Call schedule would consist of 1:5 weekends and one evening call each week.
