We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Family Medicine Physician to join our community health center (FQHC) team. This position involves working with primarily low income and patients with high needs. Our Neighborhood Health Center offers primary care, mental health, and family planning services.

• Competitive base salary
• Student loan repayment up to $100K + qualifying PSLF site

Education/Experience

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Pulmonary and Critical Care

Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practiticing physicians

Licensure: Indiana Medical License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
