Bon Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Residency Program is seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in a Faculty Role.
Our Residency Training Program is affiliated with Virginia Commonwealth University and is located just minutes south of historic Richmond, Virginia.
Eligible applicants must have a passion for teaching and demonstrated history of teaching, precepting, providing instruction to others.
Additional criteria includes being adept at Point of Care Ultrasound Training (POCUS) - a new point of emphasis by the ACGME.
We are looking for a faculty member who will practice and teach full spectrum family medicine, pediatrics through adults both outpatient and inpatient. Other duties include curriculum development, scholarly activities, precepting and faculty meetings. There are opportunities for faculty development and leadership.
Qualified Candidates must have completed a U.S. Residency Program, and be BE or BC by the ABMS - ABFM.

We match 10 residents per year, including 2 to our Blackstone rural track, and have a 100% board pass rate. There are currently 8 core faculty and in addition to providing a well-rounded traditional Family Medicine education to residents, we also accept 2 fellows annually into our Sports Medicine Fellowship.
