About This Opportunity
The Doctors Clinic is seeking a BE/BC pediatrician to join our team of healthcare professionals located just west of Seattle, in beautiful Port Orchard, Washington State.
This outpatient opportunity follows a regular Monday through Friday clinic schedule, with an equally-shared rotating half-day Saturday clinic every 7th weekend. Call is handled by phone and would be at least 1:7; will also share in community hospital call at the Family Birth Center at St. Michael Medical Center (Level 3 trauma hospital/Level 2 NICU) located in Silverdale, WA. The Doctors Clinic currently has 6 pediatricians located at other clinical sites, all with robust practices. We are looking to grow the team in Port Orchard due to an increasing community need!

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act
The minimum salary guarantee range for this position is $225,000 to $245,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic’s compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
The Doctors Clinic currently offers the following benefits for eligible FTEs:
