As an emergency medicine physician and officer on the U.S. Army health care team, you will have access to the latest and most advanced technology and techniques. As an Emergency Medicine Physician on the U.S. Army health care team, you will be on the frontline in treating patients who require immediate medical attention. As part of the U.S. Army Medical Corps, you may conduct research, participate in graduate medical education, perform special functions in health support, conduct and supervise patient care and health promotion programs and examine, diagnose and treat patients.

Active Duty (Full-Time)

• Loan Repayment: Receive $120,000 in student loan repayment in $40,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans paid directly to the lending institution through the Active Duty Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (ADHPLRP).
• Sign-on Bonus: $300,000 signing (accession) bonus plus $49,000 incentive pay annually.
• Location: Over 40 locations stateside and several more overseas, including Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, Germany, and Korea.
