Hospital Medicine - Nocturnist - South Texas - Exceptional Comp Package

HNI Healthcare and Rio Grande Regional Hospital are currently seeking a Hospitalist/Nocturnist for Full-Time or PRN positions. Experienced physicians are preferred.

Program outline:

  • 320 bed, Level III trauma center
  • Average 10-14 patients per night with APP support 
  • 7 on / 7 off schedule; 6p-6a
  • No procedures required.
  • Open ICU w/ 24 hour Intensivist coverage
  • EMR - Meditech
  • Premium compensation package including incentive bonus, commencement bonus, and profit sharing.

  • Board Certified MD or DO with advanced graduate medical education and training FM or IM (preferred).
  • Practicing physicians are preferred
  • Current, unrestricted, Texas license to practice.
  • Current, unrestricted federal, and as-needed state, prescriptive authority.
