Baptist Health Fort Smith (BHFS) is actively seeking a Neurologist to join our established and growing Neuroscience program. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced team and shape the future of neurological care in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Position Highlights:

  • Inpatient Focus with Outpatient Opportunity: Join an existing group consisting of one physician and one APRN, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. You will have the flexibility to shape the practice to match your preferences, with a requirement to see inpatients.
  • Collaborative Team: Work closely with a skilled Neurosurgeon and an Interventional Radiologist, ensuring a comprehensive, team-based approach to patient care.
  • Leadership in Growth: The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, engaged, and passionate about advancing the hospital’s Neuroscience program while helping to grow the practice.
  • Call Responsibility: Willingness to take call is necessary to ensure excellent continuity of care for patients.
