Family Medicine Provider Opportunity in West Central MN Lakes Country!

Position Details: 

• Work a 4 day work week during normal clinic hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
• No on-call, weekends, or holidays
• Autonomous work environment and flexible work schedule within practice
• Work alongside a Physician Assistant to see 12-15 patients/day average with 2 exam rooms for each provider
• Partnership is offered after 2 years of employment

• Guaranteed base compensation for the 1^st 2 years of employment plus potential to exceed base pay based on production hours.
