We are seeking a Medical Director and Nocturnist to lead our Hospitalist group at our brand new facility - Aurora Medical Center - Sheboygan County. This is a state-of-the-art, 113-bed hospital located in Kohler – a community just 50 minutes north of Milwaukee. As Medical Director, you will routinely engage with your market CMO and Hospital Medicine team to solve problems, improve efficiency, create a professional atmosphere conducive to a high standard of patient care. You will collaborate with a highly engaged group of other site Medical Directors, our President of Hospital Medicine and administration to work on quality improvement, retention and recruitment.

As a Nocturnist you will work alongside a swing shift Hospitalist to admit patients from 7p-7a. The brand new Sheboygan site will have on-site Intensivists coming soon and will have optional procedures and additional robust specialty support. Aurora Medical Center - Sheboygan County

For nearly a century, Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center provided compassionate care to the community. To better accommodate the needs of this growing region, we built a new medical center to expand access to care for the communities in and around Sheboygan County.

The new Aurora Medical Center – Sheboygan County is a state-of-the-art, 118-bed community hospital offering general surgery, behavioral health, back and spine, pulmonology, imaging services, and a lab and pharmacy. The medical center has 11 critical care beds, 13 operating rooms and 5 procedure rooms. The 115K-square-foot medical office building has 36+ specialty physicians and APCs.
