Position Details:
- Collaborate with the retiring physician and familiarize yourself with their patient panel, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Work alongside 6 well-respected physicians, allowing shared insights and peer support.
- Patient-Centered Medical Home focus and Value-Based Medicine practice, placing patient care at the forefront of decisions.
- Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with indirect patient care time built into your schedule.
- Option for outpatient only or traditional practice, offering flexibility of individual preferences.
- Call 1:7 weekends; After-hours call triage, reducing the burden of on-call responsibilities.
- See 18 patients per day on average, focusing on quality encounters and outcomes with patients and families.
- Physician autonomy and decision-making within your practice, allowing freedom to implement new tools and the ability to incorporate special interests.

Physician Benefits:
- High earning potential
- Guaranteed salary with 2 Primary Care revenue streams: Fee-for-service & Medicare Advantage
- Shareholder track: Shareholders retain personal profits and receive yearly distributions from company profit centers
- Average income after 4 years - $400K+
- Average income after 6 years - $600K+
- Profit-sharing of 11% for 10+ years as a physician, 7% for 0-9 years as a physician (total years practicing, not solely with our organization)
- 401k with match of 50% of the first 6% of your contributions; Fully vested after 5 years
- 28 paid days off plus 5 days for CME with $3,500 allowance (includes holidays)
