Family Medicine Opportunity-Sanford Health Worthington, MN

Sanford Clinic Worthington is looking to add two Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physicians to its primary care group.

• Group consists of Family Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Rad/Onc, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, Emergency Medicine, 2 Hospitalists, and various Advance Practice Providers
• Outpatient Practice only
• Sanford Worthington provides Diabetic Education, Dietician, RN Care Manager and an Integrated Health Behavioral Therapist imbedded in the clinic
• Multiple specialists available via on-site (cardiology, vascular surgery, urology, oncology, nephrology, MFM, and pediatric cardiology) and telemedicine for behavioral health and infectious disease
• J1 eligible
