Find your happy place in medicine!   As a member of our group, work in an environment that is exceptional, unique, collaborative, and collegial between physicians, clinicians, support staff and administration.

• Join 11 physicians, nine Family Medicine physicians, an Internal Medicine physician, a Psychiatrist, and three primary care Advanced Practice Providers.
• Practice 100% outpatient medicine, using our hospitalist service.
• Call is by phone, shared with colleagues, 1:15.
• Each provider has coverage for up to two weeks, with a provider covering their in-box. 
• Our practices have earned National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognition, each certified as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
• Saratoga Hospital Medical Group offers EPIC EMR
• Excellent practice support with 1:1 LPN to Provider Ratio and RN staff with each practice.
• Excellent mentorship will be available for new graduates with support provided for experienced physicians to orient to our practices and system.
• State-of-the-art ancillary services are located at the hospital and at ambulatory service sites throughout our service area.
• Our practices provide continuous medical care through all stages in life – from pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care, from primary care, sick care, minor surgical procedures, and more.

We also have an opportunity at Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Galway and Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Scotia - Glenville. 

The compensation and benefit package is competitive $245K - $270K, commensurate with experience, and includes eligibility for bonus incentives.
