GastroDoxs, a physician-led private gastroenterology practice in the Greater Houston area, is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in the Cypress, Katy, and Jersey Village communities.

This is an opportunity for a GI physician who wants more than an employed position. You will have a clear path to partnership, potential ASC ownership, ancillary revenue opportunities, and the support of an established, growing private practice.

• Collaborative team of 3 Gastroenterologists and 6 experienced APPs
• General GI need; Hepatology or Interventional GI interests welcomed

Practice Details
GastroDoxs provides comprehensive digestive health care across the Greater Houston area, including preventive screenings, advanced diagnostics, GI procedures, and liver care. The practice offers a modern, patient-focused environment with strong clinical infrastructure already in place.

Physicians enjoy a mix of outpatient clinic, procedures, and limited inpatient responsibilities. The group is affiliated with Memorial Hermann Cypress and Katy and offers access to an ASC, in-office pathology, and subspecialty collaboration.

Schedule & Call

• Monday–Friday clinic schedule
• Shared 1:4 call
• APPs take first call and assist with inpatient rounding
• Minimal office call burden
• Full-time preferred; part-time considered

Compensation & Benefits

• $500K+ starting compensation with production upside
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• CME allowance and paid CME time
• Full benefits and retirement plan
• License and DEA covered
• Malpractice with tail negotiable
• UpToDate subscription
• Potential loan support or stipend options

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Fellowship trained
• Eligible for Texas licensure
• Interest in private practice growth, partnership, and long-term ownership
