Welcoming engaging Occupational Medicine Physician in Cincinnati, OH: SIGN-ON BONUS!

TriHealth Corporate Health is seeking an engaging physician to join our accomplished team of Occupational Medicine providers. You will be office-based in a professional, collaborative environment while focusing on safe, cross-functional, service-driven care.

The ideal candidate will be an Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family or Internal Medicine physician. Patient census will include identified employees or prospective employees aged 16+ including a limited number of immigration applicants aged 2+. You’ll serve a diverse patient base that features a wide variety of socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds and may often encounter language barriers. 

*Schedule will be part-time, varied days, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, 7a-5p or 9a-7p. Call will focus on critical test outcomes only. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • obtain DOT examiner and MRO certification and be willing to obtain USCIS and IME training
  • work independently in a face-paced environment
  • show flexibility when presented with the unpredictable ebb and flow of a walk-in clinic
  • hold a thorough understanding of Worker’s Comp injuries and employment issues along with having knowledge and experience dealing with orthopedic and other injury care
  • demonstrate good communication skills, oral and written, when interacting with patients and employers
  • work competently and effectively with varying levels of experience and skill sets – limited hierarchy
  • embrace a “moving toward change” philosophy/operate on a low-margin/be accustomed to functioning within stated budget parameters

TriHealth Occupational Medicine functions as part of a large employer-focused corporate health division having served the community in the field for nearly 40 years. Our proven professionals have been the first choice of thousands of area businesses for their expertise in every aspect of workplace health and safety.  

We currently have five clinics and a mobile unit/team dedicated solely to occupational medicine. All our physicians are MRO certified and provide this service to our clients. Four of our clinics have an onsite physical therapy department, and all our clinics offer onsite x-ray. We offer the full range of occupational services including

  • urgent care and case management of work injuries
  • employer services including pre-placement and return to work exams, DOT exams, OSHA exams, firefighter and police exams
